Absolutely! You are not expected to have any level of fitness other than that which you currently have. From consistent training you will get more fit, but it is not the ultimate goal.
Most definitely. You are not expected to have level of competency coming into class. That will be developed over time and consistency.
Not in the least. Even if you hold a black belt (or multiple black belts), you can still benefit from Splice. You would probably benefit greatest from some of the modules and soft skill development, but there is still things you can learn in the physical skills.
The short answer is yes, you will dive deeper into the art over time. That is you will learn more boxing, muay thai, wrestling, and bjj if you keep showing up. However, training with Splice will only get you to the surface level of any of those arts. We would be happy to guide you to a local school that would better develop that skill if that is your end needs.
